An integrated vacuum benchtop EDXRF spectrometer: a 50 kV tungsten-target tube, Fast-SDD detector, 6 mm aperture, 8 MP autofocus camera, touchscreen computer, vacuum chamber and pump in a single instrument.

Sizing and selection are handled by our own application engineers, with aftermarket support and technical services once the unit is in service.
