Engineering Solutions in Egypt
We visit, we demonstrate, we engineer, we follow up
ACTS is an engineering solutions company in Giza. Since 2006 we have taken Farris, Dyna-Flo, EST and Blue Dragon equipment into Egypt's oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water and fertilizer plants: not as a catalogue, but as an engineered answer to a specific problem on a specific line.
More Than Supply
A trading company that works like an engineering partner
ACTS is a trading company by registration and an engineering team by habit. The equipment is the manufacturer's; the visit, the sizing, the demonstration and the follow-up are ours, and they are why the same operators come back.
A problem, not a part number
We start from the service conditions and the failure history, not from a catalogue page. The right answer is sometimes a different series, a different trim, or a smaller order than the one first asked for.
Engineered in-country
Sizing, selection and application engineering are done by ACTS engineers in Giza, with the manufacturer's tools and standards: API 526/527 relief sizing, ISA/IEC control valve sizing, actuator torque, analyzer selection by sample and range.
Owned after delivery
Commissioning support, follow-up, re-certification, reconditioning and factory-authorised repair are part of the offer. The equipment stays our responsibility after the invoice.
From Enquiry to Follow-Up
Six steps, every time
The same sequence whether the job is one relief valve or a plant-wide analyzer programme.
Step 1: Site visit
An ACTS engineer comes to the plant, walks the line and sees the installation for themselves: fluid, pressure, temperature, access, and what has failed before. For anything beyond a like-for-like replacement, this comes before any quotation.
Step 2: Practical demonstration
Where the product allows it, we demonstrate it in your workshop or at a technical seminar, tools in hand, with the manufacturer's own engineers. In October 2026 ACTS and EST Group demonstrated heat exchanger tube plugging live at three of Egypt's power plants.
Step 3: Engineering and selection
Our application engineers size and select: relief valves to API 526/527, control valve Cv with noise and cavitation analysis, actuator torque and thrust, materials for the service, analyzers by sample, range and area classification.
Step 4: Technical review and quotation
Every enquiry gets a technical review before it is priced, not just processed. A formal quotation follows, typically within 24 hours of a complete enquiry, with honest lead times.
Step 5: Supply and commissioning
Genuine equipment direct from the manufacturer, with full traceability and factory-backed warranty. Commissioning, calibration and sample-system or start-up support where the application needs it.
Step 6: Follow-up and aftermarket
We call back after delivery. One dedicated contact stays with the installation for re-certification, reconditioning, field service and spares, so a failure is anticipated instead of absorbed as downtime.
See the demonstrations for yourself: the October 2026 Power Generation Roadshow, three seminars in three days with EST Group.
Four Disciplines, One Team
Each backed by a manufacturer we represent exclusively in Egypt
The full capability tables, product lines and support lists are on the Products & Services page.
By Sector
Six Egyptian industries, each with its own page
The process areas, the engineering challenge in each and the product line that answers it.
One Point of Contact
Application engineering, field service and sales under one roof
A multi-discipline requirement should not become a multi-supplier problem. One ACTS contact owns the enquiry from first visit to follow-up, and brings in the right engineer at each step.

Application engineers
Sizing, selection and specification support, trained on each manufacturer's product line and standards.
Field and service engineers
On-site demonstrations, commissioning, tube plugging and pressure-testing field work, repair and re-certification support.
Sales and project coordination
One dedicated contact per customer from enquiry to delivery, with documentation and timelines kept clear throughout.

Engineering Solutions in Egypt
What plant and procurement teams ask ACTS most often
What engineering solutions does ACTS provide in Egypt?
ACTS supplies and engineers safety relief valves, control valves, actuators and positioners, process analyzers, and heat exchanger tube plugging and pressure-testing equipment for process plants across Egypt, as sole agent for Farris Engineering, Dyna-Flo and EST (Curtiss-Wright divisions) and exclusive agent for Blue Dragon Technology. Every supply comes with application engineering: sizing, selection, commissioning support and aftermarket service.
Does ACTS visit the site before quoting?
Yes. For anything beyond a like-for-like replacement, an ACTS engineer visits the plant to see the service conditions, the installation and the failure history before a selection is made. ACTS is based at Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, and works with plants across Egypt, from the Western Desert and the Gulf of Suez to Alexandria, Damietta and Upper Egypt.
Can ACTS demonstrate the equipment before we buy?
Where the product allows it, yes. ACTS runs technical seminars and hands-on demonstrations at customer sites together with its manufacturers' engineers. In October 2026, ACTS and EST Group demonstrated Pop-A-Plug heat exchanger tube plugging live at El Kurimat Power Plant, in Ismailia and at the Abu Qir Training Center, for three of Egypt's electricity production companies.
Do you provide sizing and selection calculations?
Yes. ACTS application engineers size relief valves to API 526/527, calculate control valve Cv with noise and cavitation analysis to ISA/IEC standards, size actuators for torque and thrust, recommend materials for the service, and select analyzers by sample, measuring range and area classification, including sample-system scoping.
What happens after delivery?
ACTS follows up after commissioning and stays accountable for the equipment: reconditioning, re-certification, factory-authorised repair support, spares, and field service for heat exchanger tube plugging and pressure testing. Maintenance is built into how ACTS works rather than sold as an afterthought.
How quickly does ACTS respond to an enquiry?
Every enquiry gets a technical review before it is quoted, and one of ACTS's application engineers typically responds within 24 hours. Call +20 122 730 0010 or email sales@actsegypt.com; the office in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza is open Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Cairo time.
Tell Us What the Line Is Doing
An engineer, not a form, picks it up
Send the service conditions or describe the failure. We will come back with questions, a visit if it needs one, and a quotation, typically within 24 hours.
