This website is published by Advanced Company for Trading Services (ACTS). By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not rely on the material here — write to us instead at sales@actsegypt.com.

These terms cover the website only. Any supply of equipment or services is governed by the quotation, order acknowledgement and contract terms agreed for that order, which take precedence over anything on this site.

This site carries a substantial amount of engineering material: product descriptions, pressure and temperature ranges, set pressures, orifice and sizing information, material and trim options, standards and certification references, and manufacturer datasheets and manuals available for download.

It is reference and guidance material. It is not an engineering specification for your application, and it is not approval to install or operate equipment. Three distinct things sit side by side on these pages, and it is worth being precise about which is which:

Manufacturer material

Datasheets, manuals, drawings, photography and video published by Farris Engineering, Dyna-Flo, EST and their parent Curtiss-Wright. We reproduce it as supplied. The manufacturer is the authority on it, and the manufacturer's current published revision governs if it differs from a copy held here.

General technical guidance

Our description of what a product line is for and where it is typically applied. Written to help you narrow a selection, not to complete one.

Application engineering for your plant

Sizing, selection and specification for a named service, with your actual process conditions. This is work our engineers do for you against a specific enquiry, and it is the only thing that constitutes advice you can build on. It never happens on this website.

Relief and control equipment is safety-critical. Sizing, set pressure, material compatibility and installation must be confirmed against your process conditions and the applicable code by a competent engineer before anything is ordered or installed. If you want that confirmation from us, send us the requirement and our application engineers will review it.

The documents in our library are the manufacturers' own, hosted here so they are easy to find alongside the products they describe. Manufacturers revise them, and a copy held on this site may not be the current revision.

Before using a document for procurement or design, check the revision against the manufacturer's current publication, or ask us and we will confirm it. If you tell us a document here is superseded, we will replace it.

Farris Engineering, Dyna-Flo, EST, Curtiss-Wright and all other product and company names on this site are the property of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the equipment ACTS supplies and supports in Egypt. Manufacturer literature, imagery and video remain the property of the manufacturer and are reproduced for that purpose.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission, that it will always be available, or that any particular product remains available or suitable. Product ranges, specifications and manufacturer offerings change. Prices and lead times are never published here — they are quoted against a specific enquiry.

The material on this site is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, ACTS is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on it, including any decision to select, specify, purchase, install or operate equipment made without the application review described in technical information above.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here displaces the terms of an actual contract of supply between us.

This site links to manufacturers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. What this site itself does with your information is described in our Privacy Notice.
