Blue Dragon C610OIW Online Oil-in-Water Analyzer

365 nm UV fluorescence with self-wiping optics, immersed in the stream.

Continuous ppm-level oil-in-water trending from a 365 nm UV fluorescence sensor with self-wiping optics, a local controller and plant outputs. Site calibration against the actual oil is recommended, since fluorescence response is oil-specific.

ACTS is Blue Dragon Technology’s sole agent in Egypt, supplying the Model C610OIW Online Oil-in-Water Analyzer to oil & gas, petrochemical and power generation plants nationwide from our office in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza. Sizing and selection are handled by our own application engineers, with aftermarket support and technical services once the unit is in service.

Key Features
  • 365 nm excitation, ≈465 nm emission
  • Self-wiping optics every 30 min (10–60 min adjustable)
  • Zero, one-point or two-point calibration
  • One 4–20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU and two changeover relays
Engineering Benefits
The wiper is what keeps an immersed optical sensor trending rather than drifting
